Customers utilizing the online services provided on this website hereby acknowledge, understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Services requested via this website will not commence until all requisite information and full payment is received. All documents created, and services provided, will be based on the information submitted. The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information to the Firm and will be responsible for time expended for requested corrections caused by submitted inaccurate information. In addition, please be advised that all online payments made for legal services are non-refundable and are deemed earned upon receipt. Any funds already applied to administrative costs or state fees are also are non-refundable. However, funds which were designated for state fees or administrative costs are refundable if a refund request is received in writing, within 3 days of the online order and prior to the expenditure said funds. As for evictions, it is understood that legal fees paid for uncontested evictions are non-refundable and only covers cases where there is no response by the tenant. In the event the tenant responds by filing any paper with the court, the matter then becomes contested and all additional legal services are charged at an hourly rate. Any monies that are refunded for unexpended costs as indicated above are subject to an administrative transaction fee.
